Gender Equality

Gender Equality

“I never felt oppressed because of my gender. When I'm writing a poem or drawing, I'm not a female. I'm an artist.”, Patti Smith said. Hello ladies and gentlemen. This quote is saying there's no difference between male and female of their ability.

Today, I'd like to talk about Gender Equality. How do you think about Gender Equality? And what is your position about this problem, Equality or Discrimination? I think we should be equal but sometimes we should discriminate in somewhere. Because men and women are different, so we should know differences to live in harmony.

Then, how are we different, men and women? First, physical structures are different. Second, we have different ways of thinking. Finally, even our abilities can be different in many ways. I'll give you some information more in detail.

We are different in our body structures. Usually men has more bigger and much muscles than women. They also has strong bones. And hey can perform rough work and they can endure patience more than women. In contrast, women usually can do the work more in detail with their smaller organizations. It is important that men and women can help each other, then we can do our work more easily and more in detail.

Men's and women's brain perform the thinking in different ways. Its structures are similar but there are some differences in order. So they think differently even the situation is same. It is important to know that men and women accept the situation differently. If you don't know this, you can get in trouble to communicate each other.

Men and women prefer different kind of ways to work. Actually, they do their job differently even their company is same. Men usually see a whole side at the jobs. In contrast, women usually can do their jobs without missing any small minimum things. So, If men and women cooperate each other, we can make a good job together.

In conclusion, if we understand and cooperate each other, then we can make the harmony. We don't have to discriminate each other. We are just different a little.
